Alan Berg
Alan Berg var executive produsent for filmen "Sir Doug and the Genuine Texas Cosmic Groove" som ble vist på SXSW i 2015. Han startet selskapet Arts+Labor sammen med sin kone, Kristin Johansen-Berg, i 2006, og siden da har selskapet produsert 29 filmer og siden 2014 har 8 av disse hatt premiere på Sundance Film Festival, og 5 på SXSW.
I tillegg til filmproduksjon har firmaet forskjellig kommersiell erfaring. De laget Austins nye turistreklame og jobber med merker som spenner fra Hugo Boss til AMD og Dell. De er også produksjonspartnere for SXSW og produserte "Outside Industry" i 2011, som forteller historien til SXSW til festivalens 25-årsjubileum.
Alan Berg was the managing Exeuctive Producer on the 2015 SXSW film Sire Doug and the Genuine Texas Cosmic Groove, Since co-founding Arts+Labor with his wife, Kristin Johansen-Berg, in 2006 the company has produced 29 independent films and since 2014 it has had eight films premiere at Sundance and five at SXSW.
In addition to film production, the firm has deep commercial experience. It created the City of Austin’s new tourism commercial and works with brands ranging from Hugo Boss to AMD and Dell. In addition to serving as SXSW’s production partner, Arts+Labor produced Outside Industry, which chronicles the history of SXSW and debuted at the festival’s 25th anniversary.
